Register and Download Mobile App
• Register your account online at https://myspendingaccount.adp.com.
• Select “New Users Register Here.”
• Download the free My Benefits Center app from:
- https://play.google.com/store
- www.apple.com/iphone/apps-for-iphone
- http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/
• Sign-in to the Android Play Store, Apple App Store, or
Blackberry App World.
• Search for My Benefits Center and select the magnifying glass.
• Click “Install.”
• The My Benefits Center App will be downloaded and installed on your phone.
NetBenefits (Fidelity Investments)
The NetBenefits® smartphone app gives you convenient access to workplace benefits from Fidelity like retirement plans, stock options, and health insurance.
• To reach NetBenefits, simply log on to www.fidelity.com/atwork and click Access My Account.
• At the login page (not shown), simply enter your Social Security number or Customer ID and designate a six- to 12-digit/character personal identification number (PIN). A combination of digits and characters is recommended.
Optum Rx (Optum Inc.)
The most convenient way to manage prescriptions. Members can take care of your home delivery prescriptions at any hour, from anywhere, using the new OptumRx® App. This application makes it easier than ever to refill and renew existing home delivery pharmacy prescriptions, sign up new prescriptions for home delivery, compare medication prices and more.
Register at www.optumerx.com then download the Optum Rx app to access your pharmacy benefit and manage your prescription while on the go.
Excellus BCBS is helping members by offering a viewable identification card on their mobile device. The Mobile Card is great when you need to quickly show your card or reference your ID number. Visit: www.ExcellusBCBS.com on your mobile device and log in to your account or create an account using your member ID for initial setup. On the “Member Home” screen, click on “ID Card.” You should also make sure to register with Excellus at www.ExcellusBCBS.com/ONELLC.com.
