Request per Sharlene of HR: As far as outstanding items go, here is the list of items I highly suggest that the marketing team creates and sends to me, as soon as possible (note, this does not mean we run them or “go live” right away – but I need to have the materials in my hands to have confidence that all of our bases are covered): 1) HR Symon slide for YBR. This can have the same info as the poster you had them create – PLUS you can ask them to add the date/times that you’ll be at YBR. 2) HR Symon slide for TSC. This is VERY basic. It should include, at minimal: a. the poster headlines (which I forgot what that was, so please send me the file if you don’t mind) b. The Payroll Team will be in the Internet Café to answer questions and assist Team Members to register for the (Paperless Paystubs?) during these dates and times: Monday, from 12 noon – 1pm, and 4pm-6pm Wednesday September 28th 8AM-10AM, noon -1PM and 3PM-5PM Friday September 30th noon-1PM We will be at YBR on Friday September 30th from 9AM-10AM and 4PM-5PM near the team member locker area. c. For more information please call the Payroll Department, at ___. 3) 1 Intranet Set –which is the flyer and a thumbnail. 4) Note: Your graphic designer should be fully aware of these specs/dimensions needed for these pieces. But if not please have him/her contact me asap.
