Thanks! 100 Days of Summer May 30th – September 5th, 2016 Concept: 15 Week Nightlife Activation, branded as “100 Days of Summer” is the effort of pushing a multitude of events, promotions and advertising efforts to draw guests through Social Media driven offers. Promotional: - Offers o Free Cover from 10:00pm – 10:30pm (ALL VENUES) o 10:00 to 10:30pm FREE Slice of Pizza when you show this message (THE GIG) o Half-off drinks from 10:00pm – 11:00pm (LAVA) o First 100 people to show this text get VIP All Access badges (ALL VENUES) o First 100 people to show this text get “100 Days of Summer” Tank Tops (ATRIUM) o Ladies skip the line and enjoy no cover before 11:00pm Execution: - Social Media Execution o Creation of a Facebook Tab titled ‘100 Days of Summer’ on the Exit 33 Page which would harvest guest information by requesting the following bits of information for “Promotional Purposes”  First & Last Name, Email, Phone Number (*all being required) o After information is gathered and input within our database on a weekly basis, we will send our mass texts / newsletters to the guests letting them know of the weekly specials – this will be an ‘exclusive’ list o Instagram will be used for this as well, creating an advertisement that when guests tag #100daysofsummer on our post, they are entered automatically by Zapier (web application) into our Instagram DB, allowing us to send Direct Messages to them with the weekly specials Marketing & Advertising: - Event Graphics: o Facebook Application Header / Body o TS Website Update, Banner and Event Flyer  Redirect to Facebook Application o Facebook 20% / IG  Redirect to Facebook Application - Property o Symon | Flyers | Hanging Banners | May 30th – September 5th What we need: - Tank Tops designed for 100 Days of Summer (Jessamyn H, GFX, Pamela K, COPY) - Creation of “VIP All Access” badges for 100 Days of Summer (Jessamyn H, GFX, Pamela K, COPY) - Web Application built / designed for Facebook (Joseph A, IT) - Database Harvesting/Entry (Andrew Brown) - Inform The Gig Chef regarding Free Pizza Slices
