IT Computer Engineer – We are seeking Computer Engineers to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. They will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion; and provide end user training and assistance where required.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or 3-years of related experience. Strong troubleshooting abilities and technical knowledge of PC’s and hardware, along with exceptional customer service/communication skills. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA A+ and/or, other related technical certification preferred.
IT Technical Systems Analyst - The Technical Systems Analyst proactively supports operations functions; continually assessing the performance of the computer systems and assisting in the resolution of issues.
Must possess a Degree in Computer Science or sufficient relevant experience. Must possess a general knowledge of IBM AS/400 and OS/400, UNIX, Intel platform, database concepts, and networking protocols, concepts and devices. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, cabling, wireless, etc.). Must be comfortable supporting administrator-level functionality across operating systems. Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
IT Customer Service Analyst - Conducts first line of support for all calls coming into the Call Center, and takes initiative to escalate calls to appropriate support staff in a timely/efficient manner.
Qualified applicants will possess a degree in Computer Science or the equivalent of 2-years’ experience working in an IT/Helpdesk environment. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 2000, and XP, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, cabling, wireless, etc.). Must be comfortable supporting administrator-level functionality across operating systems. Must have knowledge and experience with corporate infrastructure packages such as Outlook, Citrix MetaFrame, Windows Terminal Services, Active Directory, NDS, and Virus Scanning (local and server-based).
All applicants must be flexible and willing to work any shift – position is a 24X7 coverage support position.
