Project Description:
Need Tstands with the new hours for both desks and also 8.5x11 sign with the details at the bottom for the desk top (info at bottom rewritten) will need signage for the Player Service Desk and VIP Desk depicting the new hours of operation starting March 1st. Also, we need to relay to the guests during the hours the desk is closed where to go for service. Desk will be closed o Sunday – Thursday  12:00am – 8:00am o Friday & Saturday  2:00am – 8:00am If the player only needs a reprint of their players card they can go to the pit area for assistance (pit 1,2 & 3). If a guest would like to sign up for a players card than they must go to the Cage located in the Casino, the cage can also do reprints. If it is a service issue or other inquiry the cage will take down the information and relay it to the TS or VIP desk and it will be handled first thing the next morning.
