Promotions: - 5 Drink specials, one per venue (including A-Bar) - $6 Hurricane Yard Cup available at A-Bar Marketing: - Design: o Flyer creation includes:  20% Facebook  Instagram Photos (1 week, 6 days, 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day Countdown) o Hanging Banners for:  Venues (The Gig, Turquoise Tiger, Lava Nightclub and Tin Rooster) to be hung in front of doors  3 Mardi Gras preliminary Hanging Banners to be display Flyer marketing o Players choice o Simon Boards o Team Talk o TS Website o Radio Spot  0:15 Second Singular spot o 1500 Flyers Printed for VIP Hosts to Hand Out 2 weeks before Advertising: - Digital: o 20% Flyer Promotion on Facebook  Weeks 4 & 1 o Event Page Paid Promotion  Daily spend: $25.00  Start Date: 01/12/2015 Entertainers: - Bands/Artists/DJs: o The Gig: Painted Black o Tin Rooster: Beadle Brothers o Lava Nightclub: DVDJ Dread o Turquoise Tiger: The Swooners o Atrium: DJ Davey D - Promotional Models: o Entertainers roaming in a parade throughout the property. Throwing beads near guests, exciting them and inciting a “Mardi Gras” madness while inviting them to Exit 33. Operational: - Ensure that Bartenders are well aware of Drink Specials at each venue - Inform staff that the Hurricane Yard Cup can only be filled up at A-Bar - No cover for all venues
