Project Description:
Please update the cocktails and spirit list.
• Change Martini List price from {12} to {14}
• Gotham should be “Cuvée du Centenaire” now
• No. 3 Cocktail is “The Metropolis” – TS Steakhouse gets scientific with this potion flash infused right before your very eyes. Watch as the combination of milk, Turning Stone Special Edition George Dickel 9yr. Bourbon and toasted marshmallow syrup infuses with chocolate dust and bing cherries to create an adult hot chocolate that will keep you warm on those cold Central New York nights. {16}
• No. 4 Cocktail is “The Krak O’ Lantern” – Everyone’s favorite fall flavor, transformed into a cocktail that would even entice Ichabod Crane. Notes of vanilla, nutmeg, clove and of course pumpkin light a fire inside that would rival the Headless Horseman. {12}
• The Bronx – to be replaced with “Manhattan” – Masterson’s Rye Whiskey, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, Angostura Bitters
• Add “Hitachino Nest White Ale” {8} to “Beer” – The Kiuchi Brewery was established in 1823 by Kiuchi Gihei, the headman of the Kounosu village. His family was collecting rice from farmers as land tax and he began his brewery with the idea of using the rice stocks in the warehouse to brew his beer. (I will create the item)
• Remove “Greenhook Beach Plum” from New York State “Gin”
• Add “Bootlegger 21, Roscoe” {8} to New York State “Gin” – Named after the 21st Amendment, this gin features notes of Lemon Verbena, Bitter Orange Peel and Orris Root.
• Remove “46 Peaks” from New York State “Vodka”
• Add “Holy Water, Rochester” {9} to New York State “Vodka” - HomeTown Brew Distillery only makes this gluten free vodka a couple months of the year, when fresh potatoes are being harvested. Each bottle is small pot distilled by hand by the gallon in order to ensure each and every batch is perfect.
• Rename “Adirondack Bourbon” to 601 “Bourbon” from New York State “Liquor” and move under Bourbon header
• Rename section header “Whiskey” on “New York State” page to “Bourbon” header
• Add “Widow Jane, Rosendale Brooklyn” {10} to New York State “Bourbon” - In 1970, the last Rosendale limestone mine closed down. Its owner, A.J. Snyder, was known as a cruel boss and an even crueler husband. His wife Jane however was a beacon in the Rosendale community and beloved by all for her kindness and pure spirit. Hence when Snyder passed, the Rosendale Limestone Mine became known to all as the Widow Jane Mine in her honor.
• Move “Owney’s, Brooklyn” from “Rum” header on “New York State” page to “Other” header
• Delete “Rum” header
• Rename section header “Liquor” on “New York State” page to “Other” header
• Remove “Myer Blueberry Orange Vodka” from New York State “Other”
• Add “Jameson Gold Reserve, Dublin Ireland” to “Irish”
• Add “Stranahan’s Diamond Peak Colorado Whiskey, Denver, Colorado” {8} to “Whiskey American”
• Add “Jefferson’s Ocean: Aged at Sea, Owensboro, Kentucky” {9} to “Whiskey American”
• Remove “James E. Pepper 1776 15yr, Bardstown Kentucky” from “Whiskey American”
• Remove “Jack Daniels Unaged” from “Whiskey American”
• Remove “Wild Turkey Tradition 14yr, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky” from “Whiskey American” and replace with “Wild Turkey Master’s Keep 17yr, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky” {22}
• Add “The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year, Speyside” {8} to “Scotch” page - Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
• Add “Lagavulin Distiller’s Edition 16 Year, Islay” {10} to “Scotch” page - Situated on the banks of Lagavulin Bay on the island of Islay, Lagavulin Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky is known as one of the most intense, smoky single malt whiskies ever made. The peated barley used to create Lagavulin Single Malt has up to twenty times more exposure to peat smoke than typical Scotches.
• Add “Bruichladdich Black Arts 25 YEAR, Islay” {42} to “Scotch” page – This fourth incarnation of the now legendary Black Art is more enigmatic than ever, the composition of casks a mystery to all but its creator. Working with the very finest American and French oak to explore that most esoteric relationship between spirit and wood, Black Art is Master Distiller Jim McEwen’s personal voyage into the heart of Bruichladdich.
• On the “Flight Selections” page, please replace the three “Bluegrass” selections with “Wild Turkey Master’s Keep – 17 Year Old Limited Release”, “Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea – Very Small Batch” and “Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel - Sinatra Select” {24}
Please send Proof, once approved please print 50 copies.
