Request Mardi Gras design/marketing for event on February 21st, 2015 at ALL Exit 33 venues. - Marketing can have similar design to last year (spoke to designer, Jessamyn already) - Require Digital and print materials * Facebook 20% / Cover Photo / Profile Picture * Flyer with Mardi Gras design on the front, drink of the month on the back * Bouncebacks (similar to Boxing for Hosts to handout) - design can be flyer / language change (Please include Pamela Ouimet in this) * Popup Banners with Drink Specials (listed below) - Include marketing for Comedy / Body Painting (photos are key) * Mention Celebration of "National Margarita Day" within Marketing (drink specials / Wine & Hurricane Drink may not happen) *Requesting Pamela Ouimet to help with Radio Scripts* Please contact myself, Joe Campbell, Justin Yeomans and Steven Haselbacher for all proofs. --------- *** BELOW IS ONE SHEET *** --------- Mardi Gras at Exit 33 SATURDAY 21+ Exit 33 One-Sheet Concept: Create a “Mardi Gras” themed event for all Exit 33 venues, including Lava Nightclub with entertainers, drink promotions and giveaways.
