St. Patrick’s Day SATURDAY 21+ Exit 33 One-Sheet Concept: Dates for St. Patrick’s Day at Exit 33 for all venues Saturday: March 14st, 2014 No Cover Charge Exit 33 ONLY Execution: Start of the “Bar Crawl” at A-Bar, the first 200 guests who sign up receive a Green Dixie cup and the option to purchase a T-Shirt with empty boxes next to the names of the venues (example: Tin Rooster [ ]) and once the guest enters the venue with the shirt, they receive a check mark – if they finish the crawl they have a chance at winning SWEET prizes. (TBD) Decorations: Green Flags over head throughout the Atrium, hanging Shamrocks throughout the Atrium as well Massive Shamrock Prints with Numbers (1-5) which resemble the venues taking part in the Pub Crawl. Radio Promotions: Bring in Radio partner to do an onsite push for the event, giving away free swag and enticing their consumers via Radio promo to come to Exit 33 for our Pub Crawl Digital Marketing: Paid Boosts VIA Facebook (Exit 33, Turning Stone and Lava Nightclub pages) - Bumps on Instagram (E33/Lava) - Bumps on Twitter (E33/Lava) - Bumps on Snapchat (E33/Lava) - Promotional Models: Entertainers roaming in a parade throughout the property. “Little person” dressed up as a Leprechaun distributing coins (pressed with the Exit 33 logo on them) to guests telling them to “Steal his fortune” at Exit 33. Promotional Materials Needed: - Gold Coins with the Exit 33 Logo stamped - Green Solo Cups - Green Flags with Shamrocks on them - CHOICE DRINK FOR THE EVENT (PENDING TASTING) - Radio Partner Booth setup - Paid Boost for 3 Facebook pages ($200/per day) o Ongoing Exit 33 page boost, $15/per day) - Green beads for Entertainers to distribute - T-Shirts o Front: I survived the Exit 33 Pub Crawl o Back: Header: I Am A Treasure Hunter Body: o Lava [ ] o The Gig [ ] o Tin Rooster [ ] o A-Bar [ ] o Turquoise Tiger [ ] • Footer: o These are my battles. o www.turningstone.com
